That's because more than a century after Ernest "Mooney" Warther created his first knife, Warther Knives still manufacture with the same hand-crafted tradition and attention to detail that he put into his work. Warther Cutlery has been proudly American Made since 1902. We use the finest quality materials in each knife. Every knife goes through 9 separate hand grindings. The handles and final edge are put on by hand and everything is produced out of a small 4500 square foot facility in Dover, OH In 2012 Warther Cutlery began to expand beyond knife making and developed a line of Warther Boards. These Boards are expertly crafted and given the same attention to detail as our cutlery has for the past 115 years. Today Warther Cutlery has brought their line of boards to the wholesale market to include Cutting Boards, Butcher Blocks, and wooden serving pieces.
