American Skillet Company is a team of artisans working with industrial manufacturing based in Madison, Wisconsin. We specialize in creating state shaped, pre-seasoned cast iron skillets made in the USA. Our story began in 2012, after company owner Alisa Toninato was Nationally recognized by Martha Stewart during the inaugural year of the prestigious American Made Awards. The enormous public interest for her art piece depicting 48 contiguous American states as cast iron skillets, launched a new venture to create commercially available heirloom quality cast iron state shaped cookware for the home, kitchen, gift and entertainment markets. American Skillet Company launched with its roots in artistic inspiration that grew into an industrial product line connecting people to the places with foods that say “Welcome Home.”
