The Maspion Group, who are members of the IHA and HECNA, are the largest manufacturer of cookware (along with other housewares and other consumer products) in Indonesia, and one of the largest in SE Asia. The Company, headquartered in Surabaya, represents 60 factories and employs over 22,000 workers. In addition we also have production operations in Southern China, but on a smaller scale. Our core business is the production of price competitive cookware, which we supply on both a private label basis as well under our own brand names. Our state-of-the-art products, produced in stainless steel, nonstick aluminum (and Teflon free nonstick), hard anodized aluminum, enameled steel, flatware, and glassware are marketed worldwide. We are doing a lot of OEM business with big name companies in North America and Europe, as well as our private brands: Tivoli, Ecopan, Aubecq, Maxim, Evergreen, Cookworks. Our strongest export markets are the U.S., Western Europe, Asia and the Middle East. We have products and whole product lines placed with most major retail groups and as an OEM supplier to recognized brand names.
