The Company “Dafu CastIron ” was founded on Sept. 2nd 2015, in the city of Maanshan, Anhui Province, China. Took elder generation’s castiron technique as foodstone, marched with castiron enamel technlogy, Dafu is dedicated to make high quality enameled castiron kitchedware.Enameled cast iron teapot is our flagship product. Iron, this original, coarse texture, is tranformed by 30-year-experience cast iron masters into 3 various series of enameled cast iron teapots: New Classic, Morden and Tradition, after 60-70 steps of processing. Dafu’s enameled cast iron products use Ferro’s acid-proof highlight black frit as internal enamel material, Japanese and Turkey’s Majolic frit as ourside enamel material. All our teapots went through at least 3 times of buring for enamel, some products such as dark green “Zen” took 4-5 times of buring for enamel . All our enamel materials are tested before production and all our products are tested as qualified under Japan Food Sanitation Law 370.
